Product Managers in SAFe® lead and collaborate with Architects, Release Train Engineers, and other team members to deliver value through Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The Agile Product Management course dives into design thinking techniques focused on customers. You’ll learn about the importance of continued exploration for innovation and how to best collaborate with remote teams and create a vision, strategy, and roadmap that delivers maximum satisfaction for existing and new customers.

Value Stream innovation refers to the innovations we create in the design and implementation of Value Streams and the Solution Context. This covers:

  • Apply rapid experimentation
  • Evaluate hypothesis outcomes: Pivot, stop, or continue

Understanding the market and user needs is a key for any Product to be successful. This covers :-

No, coding is not a prerequisite.

We strongly recommend that the participants attend the batch which they have specifically registered for. There can be exceptions in case of emergencies but the difference in fee(if any) will have to be borne by the participant.
